The WeizmannNet APP serves as a practical resource for individuals on the Weizmann Institute campus, offering essential information and tools to support daily activities of the Institute's personnel.

Designed to bring the core functionalities of the Weizmann Intranet (WeizmannNet) to mobile devices, the app incorporates several key features:

• Quick Search in the Institute’s Directory: Enables users to search for colleagues by name or phone number, add contacts, initiate calls, send emails, and locate offices via WAZE.
• Access to the Integrated Calendar: Allows filtering of events by sponsor, category, or date. Users can download events to their personal calendars and receive push notifications for any updates or changes.
• Contact Service Centers: Facilitates direct calls or ticket submissions for IT, Construction, and Operations services on campus.
• Campus Dining Information: Provides daily menus for various campus restaurants.
• System Health Monitoring: Displays the operational status of major IT systems with push notifications about scheduled maintenance, outages, and resolutions.
• Bulletin Board Access: Presents recent updates and announcements with notifications for new posts.
• Campus Navigation via WAZE: Offers location searches by building, department, or service—pulled directly from the Institute’s databases—to ensure accuracy, with navigation guidance provided through WAZE.

The application supports both English and Hebrew languages, automatically matching the default language setting of the user's device.

Users can simply download the app to access core features such as integrated calendar, building directions on WAZE, restaurant menus, and service contacts. Additional functionalities can be unlocked by authenticating with a Weizmann username or worker number, providing comprehensive access to resources at their fingertips.
